Pros: My experience was good. Service Reps were very helpful. Cons: I forgot to ask them to change my clock time and to turn off tire notification- plus I had to drive from PC to FWB- long drive wish MB was closer.

The employees were impeccable. However for being a Benz dealership i think its kind of pathetic the types of snacks and drinks and seating they offer.super uncomfortable for someone that dosent want to sit with a stranger or have to wait there for a long extended period of time like i had to. My Kia dealership literally had better options. On top of it the poor man that works outside constantly, was extremely cold and i felt bad for him and apparently in the summer time they cook out there roo because there isint even a place for them ...
The waiting area could be a lot more accommodating. Only 2 tables with 2 chairs and then a bar area. Snacks were poor compared to the Toyota dealership just down the road. I had a service call on my Toyota in December and they had large screen TV and very comfortable chairs, with baked goods and yogurt besides what this dealership had. Surprised on the differences. Of course you are there to get your Mercedes serviced and that was spot on.
I had issues with my Mercedes. Being from out of state caused much anxiety. Marty our Service Advisor, was great! He had me back on the road in a few days! The entire staff was first class. THANK YOU!

Good accommodations if you choose to wait, comforrtable seating, coffee, tea, snacks etc. Service Associates keep you abreast of progress on your vehicle as services are preformed. This was a return visit to correct a problem with recall work done in Oct on 2012 E350 that we bought from you. Was initially concerned there would be issues, but the support we got was super. Would like to give a shout-out to Michael, our Service Rep. He has done a superior job assisting us with several visits the past few months. I am generally very wary about bringing the car to the dealer for work, but he has been consistently outstanding in supporting us. Because of him, we will use you for regular service from now on.

I’m very impressed with the services provided at MB of Ft. Walton. From the start of Genie (spelling) who answered the phone and followed up with me along with Mike who handled my service. I typically use the Tampa MB location and it ALWAYS takes days whether it be for service or tire repair! This was not the case with the Ft. Walton location. I loved Mike’s urgency and his follow through. Nice work!

Service was completed same day which was good. However It always takes a long time to get a service appointment and there are no loaner car service at this location. Booking a service appointment and receiving a loaner car service is nothing like the Mercedes dealership in Doylestown Pennsylvania at the Keenan Mercedes dealership. ZT motors is not the same service standards I was use to receiving. The service manager was excellent with getting me checked in and calling me back with the services I needed and the cost.
Mike did a wonderful job to follow up with me via phone to set my appt for my tire change. He also helped coordinate my sunroof replacement in a few weeks & promised to follow up with those details as they unfold. Wonderful service experience! Especially, during the holidays!

Mercedes Benz of Ft.Walton Beach did a good job of servicing my Mercedes GLE, the work was effectively completed. However I requested a loaner vehicle and was told I needed to talk with a Service Advisor, and they never did return my call. While my car was at the dealership, I had to call them for updates, they did not call me.
Kudos to Larry @ FWB for providing us with the prompt customer service we needed today. My car had to be towed to the service dept late last night. I called in the morning and again at 1600 for a status and was simply told there was none. I called Jeanie to request a loaner and she told me no, simply put. Out of last resort, I called Larry and within 2 minutes, he was able to provide me with a status on my vehicle (faulty ignition coil) with an expected turnaround time for part needed. Very good and friendly service personnel plus I was given the diagnosis and estimate within an hour. The repairs were done as soon as I approved all the most important items that I had gone to have fixed. Only thing curious was that I was advised to get a new battery and two new front tires and wheels lined up. Price seem fair

I recently purchased a 2012 BMW X5 from a different franchise dealership and decided to get it serviced at quality imports BMW. After getting a diagnostic done I was told the fuel pump had to be replace I was so upset!!!! Due to a planned fun getaway that will have to be canceled due to the circumstances.
